The property is 100% leased through 2010 to Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Group, serving as home to a key FAA contract to “overhaul” the US air traffic control system. The building was constructed in 1967 and significantly renovated in 1996. In 2007, 475 School Street was bought by Willett Companies, LLC.
