Loudoun Center is a single-story 113,000 SF office building, originally part of the Loudoun Tech Center, a 280-acre office park located in the Route 7 corridor of eastern Loudoun County. Buchanan Partners assembled the entire land parcel for development in the early 1980s and acquired the property in 1999. Loudoun Tech Center offers an extensive range of nearby retail and service amenities. The property was sold in October of 2005.
