Buchanan Partners is pleased to announce that its three flex buildings in Prince William County’s Innovation @ Prince William Business Park are 100% leased. These were the first fully speculative flex/office offerings within the 1,600-acre technology-oriented business park. Two of the buildings have 46,300 SF each, and the third has 32,900 SF.
