Buchanan Partners is leasing three flex buildings in Prince William County’s Innovation @ Prince William Business Park. These are the first fully speculative flex/office space with the 1,600-acre technology-oriented business park. Two of the buildings have 46,300 SF each, and the third has 32,900 SF.  Gracing the site is a specially commissioned sculpture by the nationally known artist Delos Van Earl. Buchanan is planning the second phase of its project at Innovation: a 70,000 SF three-story office building with retail space on the first floor. Innovation provides an excellent location for companies that want to locate near the FBI, Lockheed Martin, and George Mason University’s (GMU) Center for Biotechnology, Bioscience and Bioinformation.
