Dulles Trade Center West is a 105-acre site located just west of the intersection of Evergreen Mills Road and Route 606 in Loudoun County, Virginia. Zoned PD-GI (Planned Development - General Industrial), it is being developed by Buchanan Partners as two- to seven-acre lots, which will be offered for sale and will be available the 1st quarter of 2008. Dulles Trade Center West enjoys a convenient location close to Washington Dulles International Airport and fronting on Route 606, which is slated to be expanded into a six-lane divided roadway connecting with other north-south routes, eventually offering a seamless connection between the Dulles Greenway on the north to the Manassas area in Prince William County.
