Kevin Burns is New President of Buchanan Properties

Gaithersburg, Maryland, November 1, 2004 …Buchanan Partners of Gaithersburg, Maryland has hired Kevin Burns  as President  of its property management company, Buchanan Properties.

Mr. Burns brings 18 years of experience in commercial property management to his new position, including expertise in financial operation, business planning, and personnel management. Prior to joining Buchanan Properties, Mr. Burns was a Vice President at Prentiss Properties Limited.

Buchanan Properties currently has 21 employees and manages over 1.7 million square feet of commercial property. Its parent firm, Buchanan Partners, is the 20 th most active commercial developer in the Washington , D.C. metropolitan area, according to the Washington Business Journal . Buchanan Partners has developed a portfolio of over 2.5 million square feet of commercial property in the six years since its founding.
