Buchanan Partners Delivers 190,000 SF of Flex Space in Gainesville, VA

Buchanan Partners has completed Gateway Business Center, a four-building flex/office project in Gainesville, Virginia.

Gainesville, VA, March 3, 2008…Buchanan Partners of Gaithersburg, MD has completed Gateway Business Center, a four-building flex/office project with a total of 190,000 square feet just off I-66 in the fast-growing hub of Gainesville, Virginia. Spaces ranging from about 3,400 square feet to over 55,000 square feet are now available for lease or sale in all four buildings.

Gateway Business Center is located at 7669 Limestone Road, just down the road from Buchanan Partners’ Heritage Hunt Commercial Park, a 70-acre property just off I-66 on Heathcote Boulevard.  Heritage Hunt Commercial Park is approved for more than 600,000 SF of high-quality office, retail, medical and hotel space along with senior rental apartments. Already completed are traditional office condos (76,000 square feet), a 30,000 SF retail center, and a 52,000 SF professional building. Both Gateway Business Center and Heritage Hunt are situated in the heart of upscale residential communities and the growing business hub of western Prince William County. Both are just off I-66, a major east-west artery, where it intersects with Route 29, an important inland north-south route. Heathcote Boulevard, which parallels I-66, has just been extended, while improvements to the 66/29 intersection are nearly completed.
