Buchanan Partners Starts $1B Mixed-Use Project

"Having received approval from the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors of its Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Buchanan Partners is getting set to break ground on the first phase of a $1 billion, 400-acre mixed-use project in Arcola, a submarket here that is located along Route 50 in Loudoun County. There are still some minor rezoning issued to be settled....Phase 1 includes the construction of a retail center."
