Holiday Coalition Finds a Home
The Community Holiday Coalition's 11th annual Thanksgiving and Christmas "Neighbors Helping Neighbors" program is on track after a frantic search for space for the event. The coalition has found a newhome for this year's event at Dulles Trade Center in Sterling, VA. "Thanks to the generosity of Buchanan Parners, owners of the Dulles Trade Center, the coalition has a new home for 2006," said Karen Velez, program coordinator. Families are determined by income and can find applications at www.loudoun.gov/dss/holiday or at Loudoun County Family Services, Loudoun Interfaith Relief and the Good Shepherd Thrift Store. Those interested in becoming volunteers or donors can call 703-771-5718.
