AHC will move its headquarters from Manassas to Gainesville in November
AHC Inc. will move its headquarters from Manassas to Gainesville in November.
The company, which specializes in health care reimbursements, leased 18,579 square feet -- with an option to expand to occupy the entire third floor -- in the new Heritage Hunt Corporate Park office complex in Prince William County.
The 75,000-square-foot building is the first of four buildings planned for the office park, which will be western Prince William County’s first Class A office development.
Buchanan Partners, the building owner, was represented by Mark Larsen, Dan Brennan, and Kevin McCall of Larsen Commercial/Oncor International.
The tenant was represented by Anne Lofye and David Gast of CBRE.
“Moving westward from their current location, AHC’s commitment gives us further proof that many forward-looking companies are creatively seeking to benefit their employees by reducing commuting time and saving them money,” said Larsen.
Sodexo America LLC has leased approximately 1,500 square feet in the 53,000-square-foot Heritage Hunt Professional Building at 7001 Heritage Village Plaza, another Buchanan-owned property.
Its new Gainesville office will serve as a satellite location to reduce commuting times for employees who live in the area.
Both buildings are part of Buchanan Partners’ Heritage Hunt Commercial Park, a 70-acre property on Heathcote Boulevard.
