Buchanan waits for final OK to start Arcola Center

Loudoun County's Route 50 corridor needs only one more nod for a plan that could bring up to 12 million square feet in commercial development to the road....The signature project under the new zoning is Arcola Center, a $1 billion development backed by Gaithersburg-based Buchanan Partners.
