Buchanan Partners of Gaithersburg plans to break ground next month on the first of four buildings in a 350,000-square-foot corporate campus in Gainesville in Prince William County called the Corporate Center at Heritage Hunt. The first phase will involve construction of a three-story, 75,000-square-foot office building, which is scheduled for completion next year, the company said. Three more buildings are planned for the 27-acre site at Interstate 66 and Route 29.
