At the 1,600 acre Innovation at Prince William, Buchanan Partners is building three single-story flex/office buildings totaling 125,000 sf. The assets, which are rising simultaneously and are schedule for completion in the first quarter of 2006, are the first fully speculative facilities within the technology-oriented business park, located near Gainesville, VA.
