Buchanan Developing 75,000 SF Lease Space

Buchanan Partners will be breaking ground next month on a 75,000 square foot office building -- one of four properties that the company plans -- as part of its Corporate Center at Heritage Hunt. Corporate Center at Heritage Hunt is located within Buchanan Partners' 100-acre Heritage Hunt Commercial Park, at the intersection of Interstate 66 and Route 29 in Gainesville. The first two phases -- 76,000 SF of medical/office condominiums and a 30,000 SF retail center -- have been completed.
