125,000 SF Business Center Nears Full Occupancy

Buchanan Partners’ 125,000-sf Innovation Business Center is nearing full occupancy after having been delivered some 18 months ago. The company is in talks with a potential tenant that, if successful, would fill much of the building, which currently stands at 77% occupancy, according to Brian Benninghoff, principal at the firm. "By the end of the year the building will be fully stabilized," he predicts to GlobeSt.com.
