A boarded-up, 200-year-old stone house that once served as slave quarters in Loudoun County might become a tourist destination. Buchanan Partners, which owns the surrounding 383 acres and is creating a $1 billion mixed-use development nearby, has hired Randall Travel Marketing to gauge the feasibility of the site as an education and tourist center.
