Buchanan Partners Finishes Gateway Business Center

Gaithersburg-based Buchanan Partners has completed Gateway Business Center, a four-building office/flex space project off Interstate 66 adjacent to the Virginia Gateway Shopping Center. Spaces for lease or sale in the 190,000-square-foot complex range from 3,400 square feet to more than 55,000 square feet. Norman Realty is the center's sales and leasing agent. Buchanan Partners' 600,000-square-foot Heritage Hunt Commercial Park is nearby on Heathcote Boulevard, where a 75,000-square-foot Class A office building is under construction.
