Buchanan Delivers $21M Office/Flex

Buchanan Partners has delivered a $21-million office/flex project here. Called Gateway Business Center, it is a four-building complex that totals 190,000 sf just off Interstate 66. Space is available for either sale or for lease, ranging from about 3,400 sf to more than 55,000 sf. “It was designed as condos,” Kathy Devine, VP of sales and leasing tells GlobeSt.com. “We also decided to lease for the flexibility.”
