Atelier

Atelier is a 255-unit multifamily building, located adjacent to the Glenmont Metro Station in Silver Spring. The building is part of a larger, 30-acre site which includes 217 townhomes and 1,070 additional units. Buchanan led the entitlement and development of the project.

Gainesville Industrial

Gainesville Industrial is a 121,672 SF warehouse, just south of Interstate 66. The building was 100% leased to a single user and delivered in 2023. Buchanan managed the design, entitlement, and construction of the project.

Quartz District

The Quartz District is a mixed-use development spanning 145 acres in Prince William County. Buchanan managed the planning and entitlement of 1,015 residential units, both for sale and for rent, ~100,000 SF of retail, and 235,000 SF of commercial space.
